Graphic Designer & Web Developer

You will play a pivotal role in conceptualising, designing, and developing websites that are not only visually appealing but also perform seamlessly. You will work closely with clients and our internal team to bring web projects from concept to completion, combining your design and development expertise.

Experience needed:

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, PHP, ASP.Net, and Adobe range of products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Xd and Dreamweaver.

  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms

  • Ability to create responsive websites

  • Plan and implement new designs.

  • Optimise existing user interface designs.

  • Test for intuition and experience

  • Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.

  • Develop and conceptualise a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

  • Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

  • Provide advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.

  • Staring salary: £21,440

  • Holidays Bonuses

JOB POSITION

Social Media & Marketing Manager

As a social media manager, you'll manage our online presence by developing and implementing the right social media strategy.

You'll lead campaigns and projects across a range of social media channels, producing engaging content, analysing usage data, building client relationships and facilitating customer service.

Experience needed:

  • Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media

  • Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy

  • Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and TweetDeck

  • Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries

  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns

  • Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising

  • Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns

  • Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent

  • Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.
